In order to shape the future constructively, it is important for the youngsters to open the gateway of plethora of choices across the globe. Understanding the need to apprise the students about varied career and higher studies options available for them, DAV Public School, Sector-49, Gurugram organized ‘PROSPECTS 360⁰’, an enlightening universityfair on 28.09.2019. The event brought many prestigious universities across the globe under one roof and provided a platform to all the students and parents to know more about the institution of their interest and interact with them directly.
The day began with an interactive session conducted by eminent educationist & career counsellor, Mr. Jitin Chawla who guided the students to make informed choices for higher studies keeping their goals in their mind. He also attended to the queries of parents and students in regards to opt for right university and know about other career options in a specific stream.
Special one to one sessions were organized with different universities to apprise the students about the eligibility criteria, admission procedures and courses offered by them. Besides this, in specialized slots, delegates of renowned universities gave presentations to give details about alternate careers and scholarship programmes.
The entire school reverberated with the excitement, thrill and contentment experienced by our young inquisitive students, along with their parents, on getting such platform which could take away all fear and apprehensions from their mind and provided them with clarity of vision about their future.
