The students of DAV Public School, sector-49, Gurugram, know just that. In an inter school Debate competition organized by Power Grid in association with Amity International School, the students of DAV, brought laurels to the school by using their excellent oratory skills and wit. The topic for the debate was ‘Demonetization is the only move for corruption free India’.
Aditi Singh of class XI got the best speaker in favour of the motion prize. Tanya Yadav as ‘the speaker against the motion’ and Rubal Yadav as ‘the interjector’ impressed the judges and together they all as a team could fetch the Best School Award trophy along with Rs. 5000 worth vouchers. The Principal of the school, Mrs. Charu Maini, applauded the efforts of the students and encouraged them to keep going for the best in life.
