The agile and flexible yogis of our school participated in District Yoga Championship 2018-19 (SGFI) and added golden feathers in the school cap by bagging first position in Under 14 Boys and Girls categories and second position in Under 11 Boys and Girls categories respectively. The championship was held on 3rd and 4th October 2018 at Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Arjun Nagar, Gurugram. We are proud to share that our students from all the categories have made their place in the State Level Championship.
It’s a moment of great proud that in Under 14 category of Boys, five out of seven students from Gurugram District are from our school who are selected for State Level Championship. The proud participants are: Vanshaj Arora (VII), Kartikey (VI),Kushagra (VII), Dhruv (VII) and Rudra (VI). In Under 14 Girls Sushma (VII) and Ridhima (VI) will represent our school at State Level. In Under 11 Boys Aarav Vohra (v) and Gauransh (IV) will participate in the next level and in Under 11 Girls Vanika Kamboj (IV), Aahana (IV), Khushi Verma (V) and Avni Kandelwat (V) will represent the school. The school Principal, Ms. Charu Maini appreciated the efforts of the mentors and the students and motivated them to give their best in State Level too.
