English Story  telling Competition

Storytelling is the most powerful way of communication. It allows the storyteller to connect with the audience and touch their hearts. May be that's why Rudyard Kipling had said, "If history were taught in the form of stories, it would never be forgotten." 

Storytelling is a very effective teaching learning tool too. It's amazing how with just voice modulation, facial expressions and hand movements a storyteller can transport his or her audience  to a magical land of fairies, kings and queens, superheroes, talking animals  etc. To inspire the students to develop the art of storytelling, a storytelling competition was organised for the students of class 4 on 

07.05.2020. The theme of the competition was 'Together we can overcome any calamity'. All the participants  presented interesting and inspiring stories which kept the audience and the judges enthralled. Aanandi of 4D won the first prize, Shivank Kataria of 4E and Yashika Yadav of 4A won the second prize and Rudraksh Madan of 4D won the third prize.
