ACADEMIC ORIENTATION (III-V) 2021-22

A fresh new start with a faithful heart is a journey well begun. Although the last year has been pretty tough, it has empowered us in a myriad ways and given us the strength and courage to face unforeseen challenges with determination and hope. 

DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL, Sector-49, Gurugram kicked off the new academic session(2021-22) on 1 April 2021 with an Orientation Program for the parents and students. Keeping the COVID-19 safety norms in mind, the orientation session was organised on an online platform. Videos and PPTs  showing glimpses of the journey of the students in the last academic session were shown to the huge audience. They were amazed to see how much they had learnt and done through online classes. Everything from regular classes to sports activities, performing arts, competitions and fairs were organised successfully. The delightful song and dance performances of students won the hearts of one and all. Ms. Charu Maini, the principal of the school, extented a warm welcome to all the parents and students and shared the achievements of the school with everyone. She also thanked the teachers for their tireless efforts during these trying times and expressed hope that the parents would continue to support the school in the future as well. Then the class teachers introduced the audience to the curricular and co-curricular plan of session 2021-22. Finally, Ms.Priya Bhandari, the supervisory head of the primary wing offered the vote of thanks and wished everyone the very best for a wonderful new session.
