Paying a patriotic tribute to the freedom fighters and the builders of Indian Constitution, Republic Day was celebrated with utmost passion and gusto in the entire country. On this felicitous occasion, the students of DAV Public School, Uppal's Southend, Sector-49, Gurugram emanated around the vibes of their love and respect towards the nation at District Level Celebration held at Tau devi Lal Stadium, Gurugram.
The young DAVians paid a sincere tribute to the makers of India's Constitution and highlighted the Missions like Swachch Bharat Swasth Bharat, Digital India and Make in India through their mesmerizing dance performance based on the theme ‘स्वच्छ भारत स्वस्थ भारत श्रेष्ठ भारत’. The power and energy exhibited through the spectacular presentation of young dancers delineated their commitment and dedication and assured of a bright future ahead which was recognised at District Level.
The young dancers of our school were ornamented with a glittering trophy by Sh Mool Chand Sharma, Transport Minister of Haryana. The Principal, Ms. Charu Maini congratulated the students and appreciated the efforts of the committed work force.
