Teacher's Day 2021

To acknowledge the persistent efforts made by  teachers for the cause of holistic education, DAV Public School Sector 49, Gurugram held an online Teacher's Day Celebration on 6 September 2021. The celebration was marked with gaiety and cheer.

Shri Prabodh Mahajan ji, Vice President DAV College Managing Committee and Chairman of the school was the revered Chief Guest for the day. The program was attended by the entire teaching fraternity at DAV Public School Sector 49 Gurugram. The program began with the auspicious lamp lighting on the tunes of Gayatri Mantra. It was followed by a sonorous song presentation by the teachers, expressing their emotions to be resilient at all times, no matter what challenges time offers. The stage was further set ablaze with a foot tapping Bollywood dance by teachers  as they celebrated the blend of a perfect balanced life; their transformation into the digital era. The special message of our dear Chairman sir, Shri Prabodh Mahajan ji inspired the teachers to be tolerant and compassionate to their students, to imbibe in them Vedic values to make them into good human beings. 

The aura was effervescent with the jubilant teachers as they had an interaction with Chairman sir expressing their phenomenal experiences of eighteen months of online teaching. The vote of thanks was proposed by Ms. Charu Maini, the school Principal who shared her heart’s exaltation by thanking Chairman sir for his continuous guidance and support. She motivated her team of teachers for their earnest and dedicated efforts. The program concluded with recital of Shanti Path. On the whole, it was a cherishable occasion for one and all.
