“Freedom has its life in the hearts, the actions, the spirits of men”

Gaiety and patriotic fervour marked the special assembly to celebrate India’s 71^st Independence day. The whole school was decorated with tri- colour flags and balloons. The event was graced by the Chief Guest, Mr. H.L Bhatia, Member DAVCMC and a renowned mathematician who hoisted the Tricolour and enlightened the students about their duties towards the nation. Students waving the tri- colour flag awakened the patriotic fervour in all present. The special assembly was marked by New India pledge administered by Principal, Ms. Charu Maini. The students pledged for the safety and progress of the nation. The school campus echoed with the melodious patriotic songs sung by the school choir. The students of pre -primary classes dressed as our national leaders won the hearts of one and all present. The patriotic dance and the melodious music left everyone spellbound.
