SIDEWAYS RUNNING RACE
The sideways running race activity increases physical fitness, and improves gross motor skills.It builds confidence and self-esteem as youngsters accomplish tasks they've never done before and learn how to move their bodies in new and different ways. It also improves children's ability to balance their body and to do hand-eye, and eye-foot coordination.
