“We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors,

we borrow it from our children”.

A special assembly on EARTH DAY was presented by the students of Class V C. The students beautifully highlighted the topical problems of pollution, climate change and global warming faced by the present generation and the need to save our planet. From the thoughtful interpretation of the dangers of climate change to the hope that we can bring about a change to our Earth, the students presented the various aspects of the issue in an easy to comprehend and entertaining manner. The speeches were enlightening, the skit delightfully gripping and the song heart-touching with its lyrics and melody. The assembly succeeded in getting everyone's attention by virtue of its high entertainment quotient and left an imprint in the hearts of the audience. Principal Ma'am was highly impressed by the presentation of the students and complimented it by calling it 'A treat to the eyes and ears!'.
