DAV Public School, Sector-49, Gurugram celebrated the Annual Presentation of Class IX ‘RESURGENCE- The New Beginning’ with unprecedented fanfare on 21.07.18 at the school premises.

In one and half-hour long show, the students presented mesmerizing cultural events. ‘THE GREEN ODYSSEY’ held the audience in awe and drew their attention towards the future of ‘Planet Earth’ as the show culminated. The sojourn took the audience on the enchanting lands of the past, enthralling views of the present and crushing realities of future through a blend of drama and dance. The Green ambassadors of DAV showcased their various projects in ‘POWERING THE PLANET- SAVIOUR’S GULLY’ to empower the planet in innumerable ways to contribute towards preservation and conservation of the environment. The audience stood spellbound after seeing ‘EK EHSAAS- PLAY STREET STYLE’ which left  behind a message –Save Resources. The energetic performers of our school showcased a perfect synchronization of  body, mind and soul in ‘YOGA FOR LIFE’ for the exploration and discovery of the subtle energies of universe. The music makers of our school touched the hearts and enthralled everyone with their performance in ‘ROCK FEST-A MUSICAL EXTRAVAGANZA’.

Ms. Adarsh Kohli, the Manager of the school and  the chief guest of the Day, was visibly impressed by the impeccable performance showcased by the students of grade IX. She congratulated the school for taking such an edifying topic which requires a quick moral action on everybody’s part. The principal Ms. Charu Maini  showed the concern about the individual grooming of the children and also articulated that the parents should celebrate the individuality of each child.

The parents of the students of class IX could see the skills and talent of the their young wards through the exuberant atmosphere created during the celebration. It proved to be a platform for the students to come together and show their inherent talents in a different way. It was indeed a spectacular display of talent and fervor.
