Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic sentiment at D.A.V. Public School. To celebrate this special day the youngest of the brigade from Pre-Nursery, Class I and Class II mesmerized everyone by making impressive and tri coloured wrist bands. While the students of L.K.G. made beautiful paper fan folding hangings. It was amazing to see creativity at its best produced by the little ones with love for the nation.    

The little ones touched the hearts of all as they came dressed up as freedom fighters and spoke lines about them. A beautiful soul-stirring rendition of ‘Nana Muna Rahi Hu’ by the students of U.K.G. set the tempo for the day. A short skit on ‘Unity in Diversity’ by our students captured the true spirit of Independent India.
