Scholars of D.A.V. Public School indulged in the art of making of ‘Rakhi’ (‘Sneh Ki Dor’) to celebrate the invaluable bond between the brothers and sisters.

The spirit of the festivity was brought alive when all the scholars gathered with enthusiasm and fervor to create the most vibrant and creative rakhis and decorated thali for their loved ones. This is an interactive way to help our children to understand that every festival has its own charm, beauty and it teaches us meaningful values. Rakhi making was simply not another activity for the children but an occasion for children to develop sensitivity towards their loved ones and make themselves emotionally aware of each other’s feelings. While the school had colourful rakhis on display, the hearts were filled with warmth and affection.
