At DAV Public School, Sector-49, Tiny Tots Lent Janmashtami A Special Touch....

Paying respect to Lord Krishna and his grandeur, Janmashtami- the birth of Lord Krishna was celebrated in the Pre-Primary Wing with great pomp and festivity by the tiny tots. The students of Pre-Nursery, presented a fascinating dance drama comprising dances, skit, hymns all eulogizing the grace and benevolence bestowed upon us by Lord Krishna. 

They came dressed up as Radha - Krishna and gave a traditional touch to the entire celebration. To remember the day, a story on the birth of Lord Krishna was depicted. Teachers made beautiful paper flutes for them. Cute Radha- Krishna pairs danced around to the beats of Janmashtami songs filling the air with joy and festive spirit. The parents were warmly welcomed by the teachers to witness this event. Primary Wing Coordinator, Ms. Timsy Bhatia congratulated them for their enthusiastic efforts and festive spirit. The Principal, Ms. Charu Maini,  showered her blessings upon the children.
