“Books give a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything..”

To encourage students to explore the pleasures of books and reading and to bring themcloser to the books and authors, a book review competition was organized on 14.05.2019 for the students of grade XI and XII. The students celebrated some famous books and their authors in the form of active discussion on a common forum.The book for the discussion was the historical drama ‘Julius Caesar’ written by one of the greatest writer in English language- William Shakespeare. The interactive session presented glimpses of the story of the book for the audience in the form of video and audio clips and concluded with a quiz for the audience.

This activity could ignite the imaginationof the students and helped them to gain a lifelong passion for reading.
