We at DAV strongly believe in teachings given by Vedas, which motivate us to help others with body, mind and soul. To raise greater awareness about the importance of the life-saving gift of blood donation, our school organises Blood Donation Camp time to time in the school campus. We are associated with the government organisations like Red Cross Society and Civil Hospital, Gurugram to organise these camps. A team of teachers along with the Principal motivates the students to acquire an essential life skill of being a donor. Various active meetings with teachers and the student body are held for encouraging them to inspire their friends and relatives to join the drive. These kinds of drives display true humanitarian spirit.
