Amongst the waves of high-voltage emotions, the students of Class XI bid a heartfelt adieu to their respected seniors. The Farewell Bash christened "Aloha 2019" commenced with the sacred Lamp Lighting by Hon'ble Principal Ma'am  followed by an audio and visual treat of recreational renditions by the talented students of XI & XII.

The day witnessed all the senior students of the school dressed in beautiful and colorful attire and all set to enjoy a fun-filled afternoon with their peer-group.The extravagant celebrations continued by the rendition of a melodious number by the Band of Musicians of class 11. For the fun and entertainment of the senior students, the class XIth had prepared dance performances, which were thoroughly enjoyed by all. The foot tapping music played by the DJ along with the variety of sumptuous food laid out by the catering department, were treats enjoyed and relished by all. The excitement touched its zenith when the students mounted the stage to prove their eligibility for the esteemed titles viz. Mr & Ms Student of the year DAVPS, Sec-49, Mr & Ms Congenial, Mr & Ms Versatile, Mr. Dignified, Ms. Graceful and Mr & Ms Eloquence. Selected students were embellished with ravished sashes & crowns and mementos were presented to be kept as a mark of memory.

The school principal Ms Charu Maini  addressed the students in her ever-inspiring style and encouraged them to always tread the path of honesty and goodness in life and showered her blessings upon them and made them nostalgic with the flashback of memories with them. It was a day full of laughter and happiness. It surely brought a strong companionship and bonding amongst the children. DAV fraternity wishes the students a bright and triumphant prospect!
