POETRY RECITATION (III-IV)

PB Shelley had rightly said that “Poetry lifts the veil from the hidden beauty of the world, and makes familiar objects be as if they were not familiar.” And poetry comes to life through recitation. An online poetry recitation competition was organised for the students of classes 3 and 4 on 13.10.2020 and 14.10.2020 respectively. The theme of the competition was motivational poems. Two students from each section participated in the competition. The students recited beautiful poems highlighting a variety of motivational themes such as  courage, resilience, patriotism, filial love etc. It was a well contested competition in which all the participants impressed with their soulful presentations. Avni of III D won the 1st prize, Krishvi Arora of III C won the 2nd prize and Vaidehi Soni of III C won the 3rd prize. From class IV Kavya Saini of IV C won the 1st prize, Bhuvi Chugh of  IV C won the 2nd prize. Yashika Yadav of  IV A and Dhairya Bhardwaj of IV B won the 3rd prize.
