To foster scientific temperament, a 'Magical Science' competition was organised for the students of class IV on 21.12.2020. It was an inter-section competition in which two students from each section participated. They performed a wide range of experiments related to various aspects of Science. The winners were chosen on the basis of content, logical reasoning, procedure and presentation. Anirudh Singh of IV A won the First prize, Darsh Ganiwal and Gaurika Garg of IV E jointly won the Second prize, Bhavya Garg of IV E won the Third prize and Vedaant Arora of IV B was given the Encouragement prize.
Students have to play a pivotal role in spreading awareness about environmental issues facing us today such as climate change, marine pollution, air pollution etc.
A 'SCIENCE RAP' competition was organised for the students of class V on 22.12.2020. The young participants expressed their concerns on pressing environmental issues through rap singing. They impressed the judges with their creative compositions and lovely singing. Atharva Katiyar(VE) won the 1st prize, Aarit Dawara (VA) won the 2nd prize, Baanee Grover (VD) and Aditri Pandey (VE) jointly won the 3rd prize.
Our immune system helps us to remain strong and healthy. Eating right can boost our immune system and protect us from many illnesses.
To encourage the students to eat right and boost their immunity, 'IMMUNO ENDORSEMENT' competition was organised for the students of class III on 23.12.2020. The students created their own immunity booster health drink recipe by using minimum eight ingredients from their mother's kitchen or garden. They introduced their drink, explained about the ingredients used and finally made the drink as part of their presentation. Jiya Tony (III E) won the 1st prize, Shagun Mall (III D) and Niyati Sahu (III D) jointly won the 2nd prize, Aaradhya Sharma ( III B) and Jeevika Gupta (III C) jointly won the 3rd prize, Nevaan Dubey ( III A) won the consolation prize.
