CHARACTER PARADE

 

Children simply love to read fairy tales. Their fascination for pretty princessses, brave and charming princes, mystical magicians, evil witches/wizards, kind and fascinating fairies with magical powers makes these characters their favourites. These characters  live in their hearts until a 'Character Parade' brings them to life!

DAV Public School, Sector-49, Gurugram, organised a Character Parade Competition on 30.04.22 for the students of Class III. It was an inter-class competition in which five students from each section participated. All the participants came dressed as a character from their favourite fairytale and gave a brief presentation of 1 -1.5 minutes in which they introduced their character and also spoke briefly about the story. The audience as well as the judges were enthralled with the elaborate costumes, apt hairstyles, pretty accessories worn by the participants to get the look of their favourite characters. They won everyone's heart with their adorable get-ups and confident presentations. Vaishnavi Aggarwal (III B) won the First prize, Ridai Singh Walia (III D) won the Second prize, Ekagra Yadav (III D) won the Third prize and Prisha (III C) won the Encouragement prize.
