National Cyber Security Awareness Month (NCSAM)
The month of October is globally observed as the National Cyber Security Awareness Month (NCSAM), with the aim of increasing Cyber Security Awareness among the public, which in turn will enhance the cyber resilience of our cyberspace. During the month of October 2023, school has organized various activities to educate students and parents on the importance of navigating cyberspace safely. Events like Nukkad Natak, Jingle and Presentations were conducted time and again in different arenas of the school.
It aimed to enlighten students and parents about the significance of maintaining privacy settings, identifying potential online threats, and practicing responsible behaviour on the internet.
Throughout the month, students engaged in interactive activities designed to equip them with the skills necessary to be responsible digital citizens. Additionally, cyber monitors of various classes enlightened their peers about the threats in cyber world. During this talk, students with the help of their teachers shared insights into emerging technological trends, emphasized the importance of cybersecurity, and explored the broader societal impacts of technology.
