DOHAWALI - Class 1

A firm believer of the credence that Indian values and ethics are the legacy that our children will carry forward in future, a Doha Recitation Activity, 'DOHAWALI' was organised for the students of class 1. The young DAVians participated with great enthusiasm and in high spirits. They beautifully recited dohas of the likes of 'Sant Kabir' , 'Rahimdas' , 'Tulsidas' and 'Bihari' while explaining and referring to the context of the two liners and showcased their flair for oratory. All the recitations contained important life lessons with a great deal of worldly wisdom. Madam Principal appreciated the idea of this well thought of event and encouraged everyone to follow the teachings of these famous poets.
