(As per NEP 2020 and instructions from State Education Govt. the entry age for Class I is 6+ years, hence every child has to complete 3 years of schooling prior to Class I)
Registration Forms will be available online from the school website www.dav49gurugram.org from Monday, 11.08.2025 to Saturday, 23.08.2025
Forms duly completed are to be submitted online along with the requisite documents and one recent passport size photograph of the child, positively by 12 noon on 23.08.2025.
Please Note:

Registration Fee is
1000/- which is non-refundable.

Forms will not be accepted after 12 noon on 23.08.2025.

Incomplete/Incorrect Application forms will not be considered.

Submission of application does not guarantee admission. It will depend on the number of vacancies available.

Decision of the School Admission Committee for admission would be final.

Transport facility will be available on existing routes only.

Admission will be done on the basis of parameters mentioned below. List of draw of lots will also be put up, if required. (This refers to applicants with the same value points in a tie for the remaining seats).

In case of twins, both the sibling will get points. In a situation of draw of lots, the names of both will be considered in a single chit so that together both are either selected or not considered for admission.

PROOF OF RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS - Passport/ Registered Rent Agreement/ Water Bill/ Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill (Landline or Post Paid Mobile Bill)/ Election Commission Photo ID Card/Driving Licence/ Aadhaar Card/ Gas Connection Bill/ Photocopy of Passbook of running Bank Account/ Income Tax Assessment Order.
School will also verify the residential address through home visits.
PROOF OF SIBLING - Photocopy of Latest Fee slip or Identity card (Applicable only for Real brother/sister of Sec-49 branch)

PROOF OF DAV ALUMNI - Senior Secondary/ Secondary Board Certificate. (Applicable only for parents of the child seeking admission)

SINGLE MOTHER- A valid legal document certifying the same.
