LIST OF SELECTED CANDIDATES FOR CLASS NURSERY AND LKG WILL BE DISPLAYED AT WEBSITE ON 1.9.2026 AT 4.00 PM.
Forms duly completed are to be submitted online along with the requisite documents and one recent passport size photograph of the child, positively by 12 noon on 23.08.2026.

Registration Fee is
1000/- which is non-refundable.

Forms will not be accepted after 12 noon on 23.08.2026.

Incomplete/Incorrect Application forms will not be considered.

Submission of application does not guarantee admission. It will depend on the number of vacancies available.

Decision of the School Admission Committee for admission would be final.

Transport facility will be available on existing routes only.

All documents listed below should be produced in original at the time of verification/ admission and self attested photocopies to be submitted with the Registration forms.

BIRTH CERTIFICATE - Issued to the child by the Municipal Corporation (Attested photocopy with the form and Original at the time of Admission)

PROOF OF RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS - Passport/ Registered Rent Agreement/ Water Bill/ Electricity Bill/ Telephone Bill (Landline or Post Paid Mobile Bill)/ Election Commission Photo ID Card/Driving Licence/ Aadhaar Card/ Gas Connection Bill/ Photocopy of Passbook of running Bank Account/ Income Tax Assessment Order.School will also verify the residential address through home visits.

PROOF OF SIBLING - Photocopy of Latest Fee slip or Identity card (Applicable only for Real brother/sister of Sec-49 branch)

PROOF OF DAV ALUMNI - Senior Secondary/ Secondary Board Certificate. (Applicable only for parents of the child seeking admission)

SINGLE MOTHER- A valid legal document certifying the same.

PHOTOGRAPH OF THE CHILD- Recent coloured Passport-size photograph of the child clicked in the month of July/August.
