DAV Public School, sector 49, Gurugram recently hosted an exciting inter house toy designing competition, sparking creativity and innovation among students of grades VI to VIII. The event aimed to encourage students to design and create their own unique toys or games that can be used for teaching learning purposes. Students showcased a range of toys and games based on different scientific and mathematical principles that can make learning fun. During their presentations the participants also apprised the judges about the cost involved, scalability and age group for which the toys/games were designed giving all the participating students a hands-on experience of product designing and marketing.

The winners of the competition were:

The toy designing competition was a resounding success, offering students a platform to express their creativity and learn new skills. It fostered a spirit of innovation and highlighted the importance of play in education.
