DAV Public School, Uppal's Southend, Sector-49, Gurugram organised an Inter House Design Thinking (Toy Making) Competition for students of IX-X on 26 July 2024. The event aimed to foster creativity, problem-solving, and collaborative learning. Participants designed and constructed educational tools addressing practical challenges through innovative solutions. The competition involved brainstorming, concept development, construction with sustainable materials, and evaluation based on educational value, creativity, and usability. The winners of the competition were:

First Position: Preeti House - Ojasvi (IXE) and Kavya Arora (IXE)
Second Position: Shakti House - Garima Sinhmar (IX D) and Chitrangda Singh (XE)
Third Position: Jyoti House - Shwetank Agarwal (XA) and Daksh Vashisht (IX D)
Special mention: Kirti House - Chitanya Chandna (X E) and Parth Chitlangya (IXA).
