DAVPS Sector 49 Gurugram students represent Haryana and shine at NATIONAL LEVEL SCIENCE DRAMA
Students of DAV Public School, Uppal’s Southend, Sector 49, Gurugram, brought glory to Haryana at the Northern India Science Drama Contest (2024-25), held at the National Science Centre on 12th and 13th November. Their brilliant performance earned them a coveted third place along with the prestigious Best Director award, a true testament to their artistry and dedication.
The event was graced by the presence of distinguished luminaries, with the inauguration led by Padma Shri awardee Shovana Narayan and the valedictory ceremony presided over by the revered Padma Bhushan awardee Uma Sharma. The theme of their drama, “The Role of Modern Technology in Disaster Management”, was a poignant exploration of India’s technological strides and their life-saving impact during calamities. The script, a masterful fusion of scientific insight and captivating storytelling, both informed and entertained the audience.
