On 16th October 2024, DAV Public School, Uppal's Southend, Sector-49, Gurugram, in collaboration with KPMG, successfully hosted a cyber security workshop for students of Grade V and VII as part of Cyber Security Month. The event, aligned with KPMG’s 8th Annual Global Cyber Day, brought together young learners to promote greater awareness and preparedness in the face of growing cyber threats. Mr. Puklit, a cybersecurity expert, led the session, guiding students on how to stay safe online and protect their personal data. Through interactive discussions and engaging real-life examples, students gained a clear understanding of the importance of cybersecurity and learned practical steps to safeguard their online presence. This workshop not only educated students about the evolving cyber landscape but also emphasized the need for responsible digital behavior. As part of the school's commitment to fostering digital citizenship, this initiative successfully equipped students with essential knowledge and tools to navigate the online world safely and confidently.
