The class XII students of DAV Public School, Sector 49, Gurugram, embarked on an exciting educational and recreational trip to Shimla and Chail from March 20 to March 22, 2025. The trip, organized by the school, provided a perfect blend of education, exploration, and fun. The students were accompanied by teachers and a tour manager to ensure a safe and enriching experience.

On first day, after settling in, the students visited the Chail Palace, a historic site famous for its royal significance. The evening was filled with tea and snacks followed by team building activities and bonfire , creating a perfect ambiance for students to relax and bond.

On second day, the group headed to the Chail Cricket Ground, the highest cricket ground in the world. After learning about this fascinating historical spot, the students continued to Shimla.

Upon arrival in Shimla, the group visited the Christ Church and Jakhu Temple, followed by a leisurely stroll through Lakkar Bazaar, a famous wooden crafts market and bustling Mall Road.

On the final day, the return journey to Gurugram began marking the end of the trip.

The trip was a huge success and provided the students with both educational value and an opportunity to unwind amidst nature. The scenic beauty of the hills, the historical landmarks, and the enjoyable moments with classmates created unforgettable memories for all involved.
