The Lung Care Foundation conducted a lung health study at DAV Public School, Sector 49, Gurugram, on 26 March 2025. The study aimed to assess the impact of air pollution on students’ lung function.

Grade XI students participated after obtaining parental consent. The study involved a questionnaire to assess chest symptoms, followed by a spirometry test using a safe, non-invasive device. No samples or medications were involved.

“We are committed to prioritizing student health and raising awareness about environmental impacts”, the principal commented about the event. 

This initiative provided valuable insights into respiratory health, reinforcing awareness about air pollution’s effects on children.
