On 9th April 2024, as part of the “Colon Tunnel on Wheels” initiative, Dr. Sagar Chavan, Associate Consultant at Medanta The Medicity, Gurgaon (MBBS, MS, DrNB in Surgical Gastroenterology), conducted an inspiring session for the aspiring medical students of DAV Public School, Sector-49.

Dr. Chavan shared his personal journey of becoming a successful doctor, highlighting the challenges faced during medical entrance preparations and the immense hard work, discipline, and dedication required. His honest and motivating words gave students a real insight into the medical field – not just the struggles, but also the deep satisfaction of saving lives.

He encouraged students to stay focused, manage their time wisely, and believe in themselves, even during tough times. The session left a lasting impression, motivating students to pursue their dreams with renewed determination and passion.

The initiative was taken and guided by Principal Ms. Charu Maini and Dr. Meenakshi, whose support made the event a great success.
