A Capacity Building Program (CBP) was successfully conducted at DAV Public School, Sector 49, Gurugram, for the faculties of Arts, Music, Dance, Phy. Education along with the counsellors and special educators of DAV Cluster-5 on 28th June 2025.

The program commenced with the DAV Gaan and a warm welcome address, setting a positive tone for the day. The first session was conducted by Ms. Taru Bhasin and Ms. Shammi Sawhney, focusing on inclusive and creative learning and equipping educators with practical strategies for classroom integration.

Following a short break, the second session was led by Ms. Astha Dhingra on anger management, providing valuable insights on managing emotions constructively within the school environment.

Post brunch, the third session was conducted by Dr. Shunil Tripathi, highlighting curriculum innovation under NEP 2020 and emphasising the need for adopting progressive pedagogical practices to enhance learning outcomes.

The program concluded with reflections, feedback, and a closing note by Principal DAV Public School, Sector-14, Gurugram Ms. Aparna Erry, who appreciated the active participation and enthusiastic involvement of all educators.

This Capacity Building Program proved to be a successful collaborative initiative, enhancing educators’ professional skills, broadening perspectives, and fostering a spirit of continuous learning.
