On 20th September 2025, Students from our school—Srishti Singh, Daksh Gupta, Uttam Chand, Tanvi Parida, and Shreeya Jhakhar—accompanied by Ms. Meenakshi Awal (PGT Political Science), had the privilege of attending the Induction Meeting of the Rotary Club at V-Club, Tatvam Villas, Sector 48, Gurgaon. The programme was organized under the esteemed guidance of Rotary Club District Governor Sir Ravinder Gugnani and his dedicated team.

The objective of the meeting was to familiarize students with the vision, values, and functioning of Rotary while laying the groundwork for collaboration between our school and the Rotary network. The discussions centered around student leadership, with a roadmap for appointing office bearers including President, Vice President, General Secretary, Treasurer, and Joint Secretary. Our students also shared details of school-based initiatives like RAIZES, which was deeply appreciated by the Rotary team. The possibility of future collaborations, particularly in the area of CSR projects and joint community initiatives, was also explored.

The session was an enriching experience for all participants. It not only broadened the students’ perspective on leadership and service but also introduced them to the larger mission of Rotary, founded on the principle of Service Above Self. For our students, the induction marked the start of a transformative journey where leadership, responsibility, and collaboration come together with the vision of building a brighter and more compassionate tomorrow.
