INTER HOUSE YOGA COMPETITION (III-V)

Yoga is a timeless discipline that weaves harmony between mind, body and spirit, inspiring generations with its promise of holistic well-being. The 2025 Inter House Yoga Competition at DAV Public School, Sector-49, Gurugram, was a vibrant celebration of this ancient practice, designed to highlight the skills of students from classes III- V.

Students from the houses— Shakti, Jyoti, Neeti, Preeti, Kirti and Jagriti —performed different asanas showcasing balance, flexibility, and strength. With a limit of five participants per house, each impressed the judges with their focus and skillful execution.

The results highlighted the unique strengths of each house across categories. In Class III, judged separately, Jyoti House secured first place, followed by Preeti House in second and Shakti House in third, with Anika from Class III E, Jagriti House, receiving a special mention for her poised and heartfelt performance. For Classes IV and V combined, Jagriti House clinched the coveted first prize for their synchronized brilliance, with Neeti House taking second and Kirti House rounding out the podium in third; a special commendation was awarded to Bhavish Yogi from Class 4D, Preeti House, whose impeccable posture and radiant presentation exemplified yogic mastery.

This Inter House competition enriched DAV's holistic legacy by deepening the connection to yoga's transformative power.
