DAV Public School, Sector 49, Gurugram organized Prospects – 360°, the annual Career Fair on 31 October 2025, with the objective of guiding students towards making informed career choices.
The program commenced with the lamp lighting ceremony, symbolizing the dispelling of ignorance and the illumination of wisdom. The lamp was lit by the Honourable Principal, Ms. Charu Maini, Supervisory Head, Ms. Pooja Ma’am, and the distinguished delegates from various universities and institutions.
Principal, Ms. Charu Maini addressed the gathering and highlighted the importance of self-belief, clarity of goals, and the courage to explore new horizons. She officially declared the Career Fair open, encouraging students to interact with the experts and utilize the opportunity to its fullest.
The Conclave featured representatives from renowned universities and professional institutions, who provided valuable insights into diverse courses, admission processes, and emerging career trends. Students from Classes IX to XII from various schools of Gurugram enthusiastically visited the stalls, seeking guidance and resolving their queries about academic and professional pathways.
As part of the Career Fair, a series of interactive sessions were conducted. A session was held on “Roadmap: An Academic Journey from a Job Perspective” by an expert from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, which guided students on aligning their academic choices with career aspirations. It was followed by a session on “New Age Careers” by experts from KR Mangalam University who highlighted emerging and unconventional career paths. The third session on “Emerging Trends” by Sushant University offered valuable insights into the dynamic shifts in education and industry, helping students stay future-ready. Each session added immense value to the fair.
The event proved to be an enlightening experience for the students, offering them a 360-degree perspective on career possibilities. It successfully fulfilled its aim of bridging the gap between aspirations and awareness.
