DAV Public School, Uppal’s Southend, Sector-49, Gurugram organised the Inter-House Shlok Gayan Competition for students of Grades on 21 November 2025. The event aimed to promote Sanskrit learning and encourage students to understand and internalise value-based teachings conveyed through meaningful shlokas.
Participants from all six houses—Jyoti, Shakti, Neeti, Jagriti, Preeti, and Kirti—presented shlokas that highlighted moral values, right conduct, discipline, and the essence of good character. Their clear pronunciation, confidence, and expressive recitation reflected sincere understanding of the messages embedded in the verses. The atmosphere was enriched with thoughtful and inspiring chants that emphasised life lessons and ethical principles.

The event concluded with appreciation for all participants for their sincere efforts and expressive presentations. The competition successfully fostered moral awareness, confidence, and a sense of healthy competition among students.
