Knock!  *Santa has reached at the doors of DAV Public School, Sector 49, Gurugram, spreading festive cheer and joy all around.* The festive spirit of Christmas enveloped DAV Public School, Sector 49, Gurugram, as Kindergarten, Class I and II students celebrated the Christmas Carnival, ‘December to Remember’, with joy and enthusiasm. Dressed in cheerful red and white, the little ones lit up the celebration with energetic dances, melodious carol singing, and thoughtful conversations on the true spirit of Christmas—love, kindness, and togetherness. Creativity took centre stage as students joyfully engaged in *Christmas craft activities.* Corridors and classrooms transformed into vibrant festive spaces, showcasing handmade decorations created with enthusiasm and imagination. A highlight of the celebration was the *eco-friendly Christmas tree,* crafted from recycled cartons and newspapers, keeping SDG Goal 11 – Sustainable Communities in mind. This best-out-of-waste initiative stood as a symbol of hope, inspiring young minds to understand that even small sustainable steps can create a big impact. The celebration gained deeper meaning with the *‘Joy of Giving’* donation drive, where students experienced the happiness of sharing by donating pre-loved clothes and toys.
