Welcoming the New Year with Responsible Digital Citizenship

As we step into the New Year 2026, the school took initiative to empower the students with essential lessons on Cyber Safety and Digital Responsibility through engaging awareness activities.

Class IX students attended Cyber Awareness Sessions conducted by teachers of the Computer Department, where they were sensitized about various cyber crimes, preventive measures, and steps to be taken during cyber emergencies.

Class VIII students creatively showcased their awareness of cybersecurity by writing stories, essays, articles, and blogs on issues such as online safety, cyberbullying, phishing, digital fraud, privacy, and secure online practices. The activity sensitised students to the importance of responsible and ethical behaviour in the digital space.

Classes VI & VII students showcased their creativity through drawings, paintings, memes, slogans, and cartoon storyboards, spreading strong messages on safe and ethical online behaviour.

These activities were conducted under the NCERT initiative, in collaboration with CyberPeace and supported by Google.org, as part of the 6th edition of the national-level eRaksha Competition 2025.

The active participation and creativity displayed by our students reflect their growing awareness of cyber safety and ethical digital practices. We remain committed to nurturing informed, alert, and responsible netizens for a safer digital future.
