INTER HOUSE COMPETITION( CLASS V)  – BOOK COVER DESIGN

"Books turn ordinary minds into extraordinary thinkers."

To celebrate World Book Day and promote creativity and imagination, DAV Public School, Sector-49, Gurugram organised an Inter Class Book Cover Designing Competition on 22 April 2026 for the students of Class V. The event provided young learners with a wonderful platform to showcase their artistic talent and love for books.

The students enthusiastically participated and showcased their talent by designing attractive and innovative book covers. Their imaginative ideas, neat work, and colourful presentations reflected their love for books and art.

The competition provided students with an excellent opportunity to blend literature with art and understand the importance of visual appeal in books. It enhanced their confidence, critical thinking, and presentation skills while motivating them to explore the world of reading through creativity.

Jahnvi Gupta from 5F and Mayra from 5D won the First prize, Nyra from 5E, Inaya Byadwal from 5B and Netraa Rao from 5D won the Second prize, Laavanya from 5E and Avleen kaur from 5B won the Third prize, Nimisha from 5F and Kashvi from 5C won the Encouragement prize.
