Lab on Wheels Competition
Event Start Date : 08/07/2026 Event End Date 08/07/2026 Science is not just about knowing—it is about exploring, questioning, and discovering.” To foster scientific inquiry and experiential learning, DAV Public School, Sector-49, Gurugram, organized the Lab on Wheels Competition on 8 July 2026. The event was conducted under the able guidance of our respected Principal Ma’am, whose constant encouragement inspires students to cultivate scientific temper, creativity, and innovation. The programme commenced with a warm welcome by the hosts, followed by the felicitation of the esteemed judges, Mr. Yash Mittal and Mr. Vishesh Gupta, distinguished alumni of the school. Eight teams presented innovative experiments, demonstrating conceptual clarity, creativity, and the practical application of scientific principles. The experiments were evaluated on the basis of scientific understanding, originality, presentation skills, and adherence to safety measures. After careful evaluation, the judges declared the results. Siddharth Mohan, Shivansh Sharma, and Kaashvi Singh (XI-B) secured the First Position. Aarohi Yadav, Lavanya (XI-B), and Aastha Gour (XI-A) secured the Second Position, while Kavya Arora, Harshita, and Manav Goyal (XI-B) secured the Third Position. The Special Appreciation Award was presented to Renu (XI-A), Bhavya Sharma (XI-A), and Kiran Tanwar (XI-C) for their commendable scientific approach and presentation. The competition concluded with encouraging remarks from the judges, who appreciated the participants’ enthusiasm, innovation, and scientific outlook. Lab on Wheels proved to be a memorable celebration of curiosity, collaboration, and the spirit of scientific exploration.
