Teachers’ Day at the school was made even more meaningful with a special felicitation ceremony to honour teachers whose exceptional efforts contributed significantly to the school’s academic performance during the Academic Session 2025–26.

The teachers of Grades X and XII whose QPI was above the school QPI were felicitated by Ms. Adarsh Kohli, School Manager, with a Citation and Angvastra as a mark of appreciation for their remarkable hard work, dedication and commitment. Their sincere efforts played a significant role in enhancing the school’s overall QPI and strengthening its academic performance.

The initiative, conceptualised by Ms. Adarsh Kohli, reflects her belief that sincere efforts deserve to be recognised and celebrated. She expressed her vision of making this felicitation a special Teachers’ Day tradition every year, acknowledging teachers whose sustained efforts contribute to the school’s academic excellence and motivating them to achieve even greater heights.

While felicitating the teachers, she also acknowledged the significant role played by the Supervisory Heads, appreciating their constant guidance, encouragement and motivation, which inspire teachers to work with dedication and achieve their best. She encouraged the teachers to work with even greater zeal and perseverance in the coming years and strive to bring the school into the Star Performer category through their collective efforts and commitment to excellence.

She particularly placed on record her appreciation for Ms. Charu Maini, School Principal, recognising her as the driving force behind the school’s academic excellence and achievements. She acknowledged that the Principal’s vision, leadership and relentless pursuit of excellence provide direction and inspiration to the entire team, creating an environment where teachers are motivated to perform to their fullest potential.

Addressing the teachers, Ms. Adarsh Kohli beautifully invoked the timeless words of Sant Kabir:

“गुरु गोविंद दोऊ खड़े, काके लागूँ पाय।

बलिहारी गुरु आपने, गोविंद दियो बताय॥”

Through the doha, she highlighted the exalted place of a teacher in a learner’s life, emphasising that teachers illuminate the right path and guide their students towards the ultimate goal. She urged the teachers to continue giving their very best in the coming years and work collectively with renewed commitment to take the school to the No. 1 position.

Ms. Charu Maini, School Principal, also appreciated the teachers for their sincere efforts and unwavering dedication. She congratulated the felicitated teachers and acknowledged the collective contribution of the teaching fraternity towards the school’s academic achievements.
