DAV Public School, Uppal’s Southend, Sector-49, Gurugram, organized the much-anticipated annual event, Inter-School Mega Quiz Festival, MIND QUEST 3.0, on August 6th and 8th, 2024. This eagerly awaited event brought together over 800 bright minds from schools across Delhi NCR, showcasing their determination, hard work, and intelligence. The quiz was conducted by renowned quiz master Mr. Arindham Bhattacharya, who skillfully led participants through a wide array of topics, including literature, mythology, sports, politics, entertainment, and lifestyle. The event was filled with challenging brainteasers, riddles, and timed questions that kept participants on their toes, encouraging enthusiastic competition and teamwork. The competition was divided into three segments: FLAMES, SPENT, and a GENERAL Quiz. In the FLAMES segment, Bal Bharati Public School, GRH Marg, New Delhi, emerged victorious, followed by Tagore International School, East of Kailash, and Tagore International School, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. In the SPENT segment, Amity International School, Sector-46, Gurugram, clinched the top position, with DPS Sector-45,Gurugram and DPS, Greater Noida, securing the second and third positions, respectively. In the General Quiz segment, DPS Greater Noida emerged victorious, followed by DPS Sector-45, Gurugram and Amity International School Sector-46, securing the second and third positions, respectively. Principal Ms. Charu Maini, renowned for her unwavering support and encouragement, extended her heartfelt congratulations to all participants and winners. She praised the students for their dedication and intellectual prowess, emphasizing how such events foster a spirit of inquiry and lifelong learning. Ms. Maini also expressed deep gratitude to the principals of the participating schools for their commitment to fostering academic excellence and nurturing a competitive spirit among students.
