The inauguration ceremony of Conferencia MUN unfolded with great enthusiasm and decorum, beginning with the symbolic lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Principal, MUN in-charge, and Secretary General, representing the pursuit of knowledge and enlightenment.
This was followed by a mesmerizing Shloka Dance performance, inspired by the Mahabharata, which captivated the audience with its elegance and cultural richness, drawing profound lessons from the epic. The school principal, Ms. Charu Maini, then delivered an empowering address, underscoring the significance of MUN in cultivating the leaders of tomorrow. She highlighted its value as a platform for students to hone leadership skills, grasp complex global challenges, and nurture a spirit of collaboration and diplomacy among emerging leaders. Ms. Meenakshi Awal, the MUN in-charge, followed with a concise yet impactful speech, expressing her unwavering confidence in the success of the conference, crediting the dedication and zeal of the participating students. School alumnus Mr. Vanshaj Arora, currently studying at NLIU, Bhopal, presided over the event as president. His insightful suggestions and dedicated efforts were a great source of motivation for the young secretariat, and his expertise played a crucial role in the conference's success. The two day event reached a pivotal moment when the Secretary General, Khushmeet Narwal, took the stage, offering an inspiring welcome to the delegates and declared the conference open with the authoritative strike of the gavel, marking the commencement of two days of intense debate, diplomacy, and collaboration.
