INTER HOUSE COMPETITION: MATHAMBOLA (CLASS V)

An engaging inter-class competition, Mathambola , was organized for Class V on 24th December 2024 . Inspired by the classic Tambola game, this event added an exciting mathematical twist. Each participant received a unique Tambola ticket with random numbers. Instead of the usual number calling, students were given math-based clues to solve. Upon solving the clues, they identified the corresponding numbers to strike off on their tickets. The innovative approach encouraged critical thinking and problem-solving in a fun-filled environment. Students actively participated, solving clues with enthusiasm and competing for exciting prizes. This competition perfectly highlighted the essence of mathematics: understanding beyond numbers and computations. Shravya Mahajan (V B) from Preeti house won early five and top line, Manvi Singh (V D) and Yuvraj Dagar (V C) from Shakti house won corners. Suryansh Das (V C) from Shakti house won middle line and Ekagra Yadav (V E) from Preeti house won bottom line. Houses were won by Reyansh Chhabra (V A) from Neeti house, Yashveer Kaushik (V D) from Kirti house and Naksh Yadav (V A) from Kirti house.
