With this inspiring thought, Children of DAV Public School, Sec-49, Gurugram celebrated *World Book Day* with great enthusiasm, creativity, and a shared love for reading. The day was filled with engaging activities that sparked imagination and brought stories to life for our young learners. Our Nursery students were captivated during a delightful *Storytelling Session,* while LKG children explored the joy of reading through an interactive *Read Aloud* with vibrant 3D books. The students of UKG added charm and color to the day by dressing up as their favorite storybook characters in a lively *Character Dress Up Activity. In Grade I, the *Narrator’s Nook* gave budding storytellers a chance to shine as they narrated stories using props, adding creativity and expression to their performances. Grade II students stepped into the shoes of young authors and illustrators during *Storyboard Express,* where they created their own storybooks, hand-decorated the cover pages and presented their imaginative tales to the class. Adding to the joy of the day, students across all grades participated in *DEAR Time (Drop Everything And Read),* taking a quiet moment to immerse themselves in the magic of books. It was truly a heartwarming celebration of stories, imagination, and the lifelong joy of reading.
