As part of Maths and Science Week, DAV Public School, Sector-49, Gurugram, organized the Science & Maths Quiz 2025 for Class XII students on May 7, 2025. The quiz aimed to spark curiosity, encourage scientific thinking, and promote teamwork among students.

The event featured eight stimulating rounds, including Visual Challenge, Experiment Showcase, Scientist Spotlight, and Rapid Fire. Conducted by Mr. Deepak, a proud DAV alumnus, and ably supported by Ms. Manu Bharti of Class XII, the quiz kept the audience engaged with its energy and variety.

Students demonstrated excellent critical thinking, subject knowledge, and coordination throughout the competition. The enthusiastic participation and competitive spirit created an electric atmosphere in the auditorium.

The event was held under the visionary leadership and constant encouragement of Principal Ms. Charu Maini, who continues to inspire students to take part in intellectually enriching experiences.

Ms. Pooja Yadav, Supervisor Head, praised all participants for their commendable efforts and presented a token of appreciation to Mr. Deepak for his valuable contribution as Quiz Master and his continued association with the school.

The winning teams were announced amidst great excitement:

• 1st Place – Mathelete Mavericks: Yash Mittal, Devansh (XII A), Sarthak Dhull (XII B)

• 2nd Place – Data Detectives: Suryansh (XII B), Garvit (XII C), Avni Jain (XII A)

• 3rd Place – Quantum Quokkas: Kavyanshi (XII A), Avni Khandelwal, Gauri (XII B)

The event concluded on a high note, celebrating the spirit of inquiry, knowledge, and excellence in science and mathematics.
